Arresødal Castle was built in the 1700’s and has since had many owners and uses. Today the castle is a psychiatric home and treatment center with a separate building rented out to a private hospice.
When the foundation OK-Fonden bought the castle in 2019, NORD Architects worked as architects on the transformation. As part of the take-over the foundation chose to renovate and refurbish two of the wings to make space for 18 home units between 15 and 49 m2.
