NORD Architects has advised The Danish Building and Property Agency in connection with the government’s plan from 2015 and 2018 to move about 4,000 public work places outside of the capital region.
The advising consisted of providing assessments of possible properties – quality, functionality, capacity as well as mapping the necessary refurbishment.
NORD Architects carried out digitalisation of existing material as well incorporated the individual needs of each department.
The analysis entailed thorough site visits, assessments and registering as well as interior plans for about 20 different properties all over Denmark.
